Symposium on Paper electronics: from materials to applications

A symposium with the title: Paper electronics: from materials to applications will be organized on 23 May, in Strasbourg, France within the framework of the 2017 E-MRS Spring Meeting and Exhibit. This dedicated event will be hosted by Antonio José Felix de CARVALHO (Universidade de São Paulo), Rodrigo MARTINS (FCT – UNL; member of the BET-EU coordination team), Ari ALASTALO (VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland; member of BET-EU) and David GUERIN (Centre Technique du Papier). The symposium will cover several hot topics, including:
- Cellulose, biopolymers and composites
- Nanocellulose/biopolymers extraction and production emerging routes together with nanomanufacturing options.
- Structural and physical property characterization of nanocellulose, biopolymers and composites.
- Biodevices such as biosensors, microfluidics and related devices.
- Electronic and energy devices such as flexible electronics, solar cells, batteries, ....
